Oh man, its that time of year again. Time to start up the garden. Vegetables planned for this year: asparagus carrots cauliflower celery beets kale radishes spinach romaine summer crisp lettuce arugula beans snap peas corn zucchini leeks peppers tomatoes potatoes cucumber spinach And to top it off, we’ll be designing the cold frame for the foundation soon. LYCHEE FIRE JUICE
4 Lychee, peeled and seeds removed
4 oz Raspberries
2 Peaches, sliced and pits removed
1/2 cup Radishes, sliced
Prepare ingredients, and put through a Slow-Juicer in order above. Serve with Ice. Makes one 8 oz serving.
